Trust & Safety

Training with someone new should feel as safe as training with a friend. These are the controls we build into every session on 2x1active.

Show-up reliability

Every member carries a reliability score based on how often they actually turn up. Hosts can report no-shows after a session, scores recover over 90 days, and members with three no-shows in 30 days are blocked from booking until they recover.

Live location sharing

For a confirmed session or group meetup, you can share your live location with the other participants. Shares expire automatically after two hours and can be stopped at any time.

Real profiles

Accounts are created with a verified email address or Google sign-in. Profiles carry activity history, ratings, and reviews from other members, so you can see who you are meeting before you commit.

Reporting and blocking

Any member can be reported from their profile or a message thread. Reports are reviewed by our team, and blocking removes a member from your discovery results and messages immediately.

Your data

Location data is only stored while a share is active and is deleted when it expires. We never sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.

Meet in public first

We recommend a public studio, gym, park or court for a first session, telling someone where you are going, and using live location sharing until you know a partner well.

How to report or block someone

  1. Step 1

Open the member's profile — from discovery, a message thread, or a group member list.

  2. Step 2

Choose Report to send it to our moderation team, or Block to cut off contact immediately. You can do both.

  3. Step 3

Add a short reason. Specifics help — what happened, when, and where. Screenshots can be sent later through the contact form.

  4. What happens next

Every report lands in a moderation inbox and is reviewed by our team. Outcomes range from a warning to removal from groups or the platform. Blocking takes effect straight away: a blocked member disappears from your discovery results and cannot message you.

Hosts and co-hosts have extra tools inside their own groups: they can mute a member from group chat for an hour, a day, or a week, remove them from the group, and mark them as a no-show after a session.

Something went wrong?

If you feel unsafe, contact local emergency services first. Then report the member from their profile or reach us through the contact form — we review every report.
