Account data (name, email, password), profile data (city, bio, goals, availability, photos), activity data (bookings, messages, reviews), and technical data (device, IP, approximate location if you allow it).
To run the service, match you with relevant partners and trainers, process bookings, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Profile info you choose to publish is visible to other members. Booking details are shared with the relevant trainer or studio. We use vetted processors (hosting, auth, analytics, payments) under data processing agreements.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from your profile settings, or by emailing privacy@2x1active.com. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users under CCPA.
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
