2x1active is a platform that connects people with training partners, certified trainers, studios, and fitness groups. We are a connector — we do not own, operate, employ, or insure the partners, trainers, or studios listed on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use 2x1active. Physical activity carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program. You participate in any activity arranged through 2x1active at your own risk.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and treat other members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, fake profiles, solicitation, and any unlawful behavior are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
You retain ownership of photos, reviews, and other content you post. By posting, you grant 2x1active a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Sessions booked through the platform are agreements between you and the partner, trainer, or studio. Cancellation, refund, and no-show policies are set by the provider and shown at booking. Where 2x1active processes payments, applicable service fees will be disclosed before checkout.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other members, or misuse the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2x1active is not liable for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from activities arranged through the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
